Doesn't taste gluten free
PHILOSOPHY
I've been gluten free for over 20 years.  I've tasted just about every gluten free product out there.  Although it's been a long time, I do remember what baked goods should taste like.  They shouldn't be hard and dry or leave an aftertaste.  That's why I've created breads that are moist and delicious. 

I also know how much trouble it is to shop for a household of gluten and gluten free eaters.  Most people say my bread tastes better than breads made with wheat flour.  My belief and hope is that ALL people can enjoy Better Bread.
